One of my all time favourite books is the “Dragon Keeper” series by Carole Wilkinson. It’s about a young slave girl with no name in the mountains of ancient China who is rescued by an old dragon named Long Danzi. The girl must protect Danzi’s odd stone, battling through the Empire and being chased by a Dragon Hunter and a Necromancer to get the stone to the ocean. That is the first book’s outline. Read the series, I definately recommend it.
